I know…I’ve been there…

It’s one day in 1996. 3:00 in the morning. I’m still sitting at my desk, bleary-eyed and frustrated. I’m in Microsoft Publisher trying to design a logo for my new freelance venture.

I’m not a graphic artist, which is why I’ve been on this project for more than twelve hours. Yeah, I’m that bad of a graphic artist. But I’m just starting; I don’t even have any clients yet, so hiring someone who is a graphic artist is not realistic.

Twenty years later, I’m still self-employed, and I still struggle with things that are not in my sweet spot. As an entrepreneur, it’s sometimes easier to think of ourselves as a “jack of all trades.” But that urge to design a banner ad or build my own website are still bad decisions. What takes an expert minutes will probably take me hours. And what takes an expert hours will likely take me days.

Every minute of your time you are working on something other than your area of expertise is a minute you’ve wasted. But maybe, like me, you don’t feel like you can afford to hire anyone.

That’s why I’m so excited to introduce you to My Virtual Team. Based on my experience hiring a virtual assistant, I can see the incredible advantage of outsourcing the menial and time-consuming tasks, so I have time to work on the important stuff.

And My Virtual Team not only gives you access to one virtual staff member, but a whole team of virtual staff that specialize in graphic design, web design, and just about any administrative task you can throw at them. Honestly, my virtual assistant does the work better than I ever could, at a fraction of the time it would take me.

Now imagine if you had a whole team like that. Research project? Done. Update your WordPress site? Handled. Spreadsheet, Power Point presentation, inbox or calendar management? We’ve got this!

I’m so excited to see how My Virtual Team can serve you. I was skeptical and afraid when I hired my virtual assistant. Now I can’t imagine my life without him. Give it a chance; I think you’ll feel the same way too.
